Thank you for your interest in employment with Insight Schools. To complete an online application for a teaching position, please read the information below and follow the steps indicated:

Step 1: Application for Teaching Positions
To be considered as an applicant for a teaching or special education teaching/coordination position, please submit an online application. The Recruiting Department will consider applications with the following completed items:

Uploaded Documents/Files:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • State Teaching Certificate/License
  • Two Letters of Recommendation

References:

  • Applicants are required to provide the phone numbers and email addresses of three professional references. References may include: most recent principal or mentor teacher, college supervisor’s names, or other educational references deemed appropriate.

Written Interview:

  • Consists of four brief questions.

Gallup Teacher Insight Assessment:

  • After submitting an online application, applicants are emailed a link to the Gallup Teacher Insight Assessment.

Step 2: Interviews
Complete applications will be reviewed and considered for employment. Qualified applicants may be contacted via phone or email for a phone interview with a Recruiting Team member. When the review process is complete, your application may be considered for existing vacancies for which you qualify.

Step 3: Background Check
As part of the final steps of the application process, all recommended applicants will undergo a criminal background per the Insight School and State's requirements

Step 4: Offers of Employment
If you are recommended for employment, a representative of Insight Schools or one of its affiliates will contact you.

Step 5: Orientation
All new Insight Teachers must complete online New Teacher Training prior to assuming teaching duties for Insight.
